Taylor Regional Hospital is the second largest employer in Campbellsville and Taylor County with over 700 employees, including PRNs. Taylor Regional Hospital provides employment opportunities for many different specialties and services.

Taylor Rural Health


Effective October 12, 2018, Taylor Rural Health, LLC, in Columbia, will be closing after over eight years
of serving the community.  

Dennis Wooley, DNP, will be relocating to Taylor Regional Internal Medicine Associates at 95 Kingswood Drive, Campbellsville, and will be available for Primary Care appointments.  To make an appointment with Dennis,
please call 270-465-3812.

Diane Thiery, APRN, will continue to serve your needs as part of the team at the Taylor Regional Walk-In Clinic located at 67 Kingswood Drive, Campbellsville.
No appointment is necessary to be seen at the Walk-In Clinic.

If you wish to continue seeing either of the
above-referenced providers at their new locations,
no action on your part is required.  

To obtain your medical records, or have them transferred elsewhere, please contact Taylor Rural Health at
270-384-1110 between now and October 12, 2018.  
After that date, you may obtain your records by contacting TRH Health Information Management at 270-789-5806.
