3rd Annual Charity Golf Scramble is a Success!
The 3rd Annual Charity Golf Scramble held on Saturday, September 17th was a success – raising approximately $30,000. The money is designated for the purchase of a second van for the TRH van service which brings qualifying patients to the hospital, rehab and cancer center free of charge. This second van will be used to expand the existing services.
The winning team was “Brown Cancer Center,” made up of E.G. Brown, Terry Cartwright, Tyler Sharpe and Greg Smith. The second place team was “BB&T”, made up of Wayne Wells, Gary Richards, Jeff Brown and Mark Viehmann. There were 20 teams who participated.
