Position: 🛠️ Maintenance Mechanic II 🛠️
Location: On Site at Taylor Regional Hospital, Kentucky
Schedule: Part time position- Days
* Weekends and On Call may be required

What You’ll Do:

◉ Perform routine and preventative maintenance on hospital facilities.
◉ Troubleshoot and repair equipment, fixtures, and building systems to ensure proper operation
◉ Respond promptly to maintenance requests and repair needs.
◉ Communicates effectively with other team members.
◉ Follows HIPAA compliance.
◉ Assist with maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and accreditation requirements.
◉ Assist with room setups, equipment moves, and minor construction or renovation projects as needed.
◉ Collaborate with vendors and contractors when necessary.
◉ Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.

What We’re Looking For:

➤ High School Diploma or equivalent
➤ Technical training or vocational certification in maintenance, HVAC, electrical, or related field preferred.
➤ Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a healthcare or commercial setting.

➤ Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
➤ Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
➤ Knowledge of building systems, tools, and safety practices.
➤ Able to lift, push, pull over 50lbs
