What You’ll Do:

◉ Ensures optimal patient care
◉ Follows verbal and written orders from physician or provider.
◉ Maintains accurate patient records and documentation.
◉ Trains incoming medical assistants to follow protocol, procedures, and policies.
◉ Assists physician in medical and surgical procedures utilizing appropriate practice guidelines, policies, and procedures.
◉ Follows HIPAA compliance.
◉ Communicates effectively with other team members and patients.
◉ Provides clinical leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff during daily operations.
◉ Demonstrates and responds to emergent situations
◉ Performs all nursing care to nursing standards.
◉ Participates in any/all required education and competencies

What We’re Looking For:

➤ Associate degree required.
➤ Valid KY RN license or KY LPN license.
