Position: 💻 ⚙ Business Applications Analyst ⚙ 💻
Location: Information Technology Department at Taylor Regional Hospital, Kentucky
Schedule: Full-time position| Mon-Fri
🕐 Required to participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide after hours support.

📋Day-to-Day Responsibilities

◉ Provide ongoing technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for hospital business applications.
◉ Assist with software installations, upgrades, testing, and implementation of new systems.
◉ Serve as a primary contact for Meditech application specialists regarding business application support and maintenance.
◉ Document, track, and resolve reported system issues, enhancement requests, and software changes.
◉ Collaborate with hospital departments to identify application needs, resolve workflow concerns, and improve system functionality.
◉ Maintain reporting applications and generate hospital reports, including assistance with required data submissions.
◉ Set up and maintain user accounts, manage access, and assist with password resets.
◉ Provide training and guidance to team members on business applications and system procedures.
◉ Coordinate with department leaders, system users, and IT personnel to support application improvements and ongoing operations.
◉ Crosstrain with other analysts to maintain familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) and clinical applications.

🎓Education and Experience:

➤ Associate Degree preferred.
➤ 1-2 years of related experience preferred
➤ Experience supporting business applications, troubleshooting software, or working with hospital information systems is beneficial.
