Position: 💉 Infusion Center Registered Nurse 💉
Location: Infusion Center at Taylor Regional Hospital, Kentucky
Schedule: Full time position- Days

What You’ll Do:

◉ Provides patient and family education regarding treatments, medications, potential side effects, and when to seek additional medical attention.
◉ Reviews physician orders, laboratory results, treatment plans, and patient information prior to administering therapy.
◉ Maintains accurate patient records and documentation.
◉ Administers IV medications, fluids, biologic therapies, blood products, injections, and other treatments as ordered and within established competency.
◉ Maintains patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and hospital policies
◉ Monitors patients throughout treatment for changes in condition, adverse reactions, and other complications.
◉ Maintains competency in IV therapy, vascular access, emergency response, and other skills required for the position.
◉ Documents assessments, treatments, medications, patient responses, and other required information accurately and timely.

What We’re Looking For:

➤ associate degree required.
➤ Valid KY RN license.
➤ 1-2+ yrs experience preferred.
