Position: 🍎 🥗 Clinical Dietitian 🥗 🍎
Location: Cafe at Taylor Regional Hospital, Kentucky
Schedule: PRN positions- ☀ Day Shift

What You’ll Do:

◉ Determine patients at nutritional risk using approved criteria and referrals form nursing.
◉ Perform nutritional assessments
◉ Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans
◉ Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies
◉ Follows HIPAA compliance.
◉ Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
◉ Educate patients, families, and staff on nutrition-related topics
◉ Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
◉ Conduct daily meal rounds.
◉ Provides ongoing in-service training to nursing staff on completing the nutritional screening piece of the patient profile and participates in nursing orientation.

What We’re Looking For:

➤ Bachelor's Degree Required
➤ ADA Certification required
➤ 1-2+ yrs of experience preferred
