Position: 💻 📈 Credentialer/ Quality Specialist 💻 📈
Location: On Site at Taylor Regional Hospital, Kentucky
Schedule: Full time position- Days

What You’ll Do:

◉ Collect and verify provider credentials, including licenses, education, and work history,
◉ Submit credentialing and recredentialing applications to insurance companies and regulatory agencies.
◉ Maintain accurate and up to date provider files and databases.
◉ Monitor expiration dates for licenses, certifications, malpractice insurance, and renewals.
◉ Communicate with providers to obtain missing or updated documentation.
◉ Follow up with insurance companies regarding application status.
◉ Collect and validate clinical and administrative data for quality reporting programs.
◉ Prepare and submit reports to regulatory bodies.
◉ Ensure compliance with quality programs such as MIPS and HEDIS.
◉ Maintain and update CAQH for all providers within TRMG as required by CAQH.

What We’re Looking For:

➤ High School diploma or equivalent required
➤ 1-2+ yrs experience preferred
➤ 1-2+ yrs of management experience preferred
