Position: 📝 ✅ EOC Regulatory Compliance Coordinator/ EMT for the Ambulance Service ✅ 📝
Location: On Site at Taylor Regional Hospital, Kentucky
Job Type: Full time position

What You’ll Do:

◉ Performs annual updates, review and approval of EOP,HVA and other Emergency policies and procedures to ensure most up to date Joint Commission Standards
◉ Conducts training and exercises in compliance with TJC standards and maintain documentation, corrective actions, and reports program effectiveness to leadership and committees.
◉ Participates in required education, competencies, and annual training.
◉ Competently assist with Hospital Incident Command System (HICS) in the absence of the Department Manager.
◉ Follows HIPAA compliance.
◉ Operates an Emergency Medical Vehicle for the purpose of interfacility transfer of patients.
◉ Manages completion of insurance forms, patient care forms, and all other documentation efficiently.
◉ Manages daily activities related of ambulance service needs for ambulance and compliance with state and federal laws regarding operations of ambulance service, while keeping leadership informed.
◉ Will serve as backup to EMS/EM Manager to manages the scheduling the team members to ensure 24/7 coverage. Will fill in as needed if unable to cover shifts.

What We’re Looking For:

➤ High School Diploma or equivalent
➤ Active State EMT certification- recognized by National Registry
➤ Preferred 3-4+ yrs experience
