Position: 🧼 🧹 Environmental Services Aide 🧼 🧹
Location: On Site at Taylor Regional Hospital, Kentucky
Schedule: Full time and Part time position with varied shifts
✱weekend rotations required✱

What You’ll Do:

◉ Clean and disinfect patient rooms, restrooms, offices, waiting areas, procedure rooms, and other assigned areas in accordance with hospital policies and infection control standards
◉ Perform terminal cleaning of patient rooms following discharge or transfer
◉ Willing to wash, sanitize, and maintain dishes and kitchen equipment
◉ Follows all health, infection control, and safety procedures
◉ Follows HIPAA compliance.
◉ Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, hand sanitizer, and cleaning materials
◉ Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including floor machines, vacuums, and carts
◉ Identify and report safety hazards, maintenance concerns, or infection control issues to supervision
◉ Open to helping in all areas of department as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

➤ High school diploma or equivalent preferred
➤ Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
➤ Knowledge of or experience with hospital sanitation, cleaning techniques, and infection prevention practices preferred
➤ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
