Position: 🛡 Guard 🛡
Location: Taylor Regional Hospital, Kentucky
Schedule: Part time position- varied shifts
✱at least one weekend per month required✱

What You’ll Do:

◉ Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors and staff.
◉ Establish a security presence by patrolling hospitals, buildings, grounds and associated area to deter criminal activity, document activities and contact appropriate law enforcement when necessary.
◉ Monitors security, fire and environmental alarms.
◉ Responds to and resolves problems, disputes and unusual circumstances as necessary.
◉ Follows HIPAA compliance.
◉ Provides customer service to patients, families, visitors and staff to maintain a safe and secure environment.
◉ Document incidents on appropriate reports as required.
◉ Operates TRH vehicle in accordance with KY vehicle code.
◉ Assists with patient transfers.
◉ Completes all mandatory education and training requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

➤ High School Diploma or equivalent
➤ Valid KY driver's license
➤ At least one year experience in safety, security, law enforcement or related field.
➤ Must be familiarized w/ computer to complete reports
