Position: ⚕️ House Supervisor ⚕️
Location: Nursing Administration at Taylor Regional Hospital, Kentucky
Schedule: PRN position- varied shifts

What You’ll Do:

◉ Adheres to hospital policies and standards
◉ Attends nursing station and performs clerical duties
◉ Participates and assist with required education, competencies, and training requirements.
◉ Communicates effectively with patients, families, and other team members.
◉ Follows HIPAA compliance.
◉ Demonstrates knowledge of emergent situations and responds appropriately.
◉ Demonstrates a participative/ situational management style.
◉ Documents all discipline/ counseling sessions as well as investigates and documents on incident reports.
◉ Responds to emergent situations and initiates appropriate interventions

What We’re Looking For:

➤ Associate Degree minimum
➤ Valid KY RN license
➤ 2-3+ yrs of experience required.
