Description:	MyPlate was introduced in 2011 along with the updating of USDA food patterns for the 2010 Dietary Guidelines for Americans. It is now a different shape to catch the attention of consumers. It is a visual resembling a mealtime symbol and an icon that works as a reminder to eat healthy. This course will explain MyPlate and how to build a healthy eating style. Current popular Ã¢ï¿½ï¿½Fad DietsÃ¢ï¿½ï¿½ which are presently being utilized will also be discussed and explained.
