Position: 📅 OR Scheduler 📅
Location: Surgical Services at Taylor Regional Hospital, Kentucky
Schedule: Full time- Days

What You’ll Do:

◉ Coordinates and performs dept clerical activity (i.e. email, fliers, memos)
◉ Operates computer system accurately for departmental data.
◉ Relays clear and concise information to surgical dept and other team members.
◉ Files and maintains records
◉ Follows HIPAA compliance.
◉ Effectively uses ORM scheduling to prepare daily schedules and reports.
◉ Collaborates with physician offices, vendors, and other depts.
◉ Sorts, prioritizes and distributes faxes, calls, scheduling sheets, etc.

What We’re Looking For:

➤ High School Diploma or equivalent
➤ Preferred 1-2+ yrs clerical experience
➤ Healthcare office or unit management experience preferred.
